What if I sell my property or business?

The new owner can simply take over your contract which will give him hugely beneficial prices viz a viz the current ESKOM price. Provided they pass the Due Diligence process

What happens if Eskom reduces their prices?

We are prepared to match ANY Eskom decision that is less than our increase.

What forms part of the Due Diligence process?

  1. You must submit your company docs
  2. A credit check will be performed on the company
  3. At least 2 years’ annual financial statements are required (preferable 3)
  4. Management accounts (latest 6 months)
  5. FICA for the company and directors
What happens if our system breaks down?

NOESKOM has contracted service providers to deal with any issues as speedily as possible AT NO EXTRA COST to you.

What happens if I want to cancel my contract with NOESKOM?

The contract is for an initial period of 10 years. If you want to cancel after that, you will be liable for the uninstallation cost and breakages that may occur (fully disclosed in the contract)
